The Private Outlet blog is an interactive space that contains news, latest fashion trends and information about all your favourite brands. This is also where you’ll be able to discover all our website’s latest novelties. But above all, this blog is designed for communication and sharing amongst fashion fanatics. Please share your impressions, discoveries, opinions and advice!
In order to privilege the most upfront communication with you, new articles will be regularly published on the Private Outlet blog. Your comments will be their added value, so don’t hold back for a second!
The Private Outlet blog rules:
We respect lectors’ and contributors’ editorial rights so we will not be limiting comment editing. However, we expect every member to keep a decent and respectful tone while writing. Here are a few rules to abide by:
- Politeness and respect are essential to the blog’s functioning. Even if you disagree with other comments/users, courtesy is mandatory and aggressive/injurious comments wil not be tolerated.
- Do not publish any personal data such as addresses, phone numbers or bank card information.
- Advertising is not permitted; hence comments must contain neither spam nor commercial links.
- Do not include HTML contents, links, virus or any other malicious coding: comments will only be published in text format.
- Decent English spelling (no text messaging shortcuts please) is required so as to make this blog readable by the largest audience possible.
- Do not copy, respect intellectual property rights. It’s your opinion we’re interested in! For reminder: intellectual property legislation forbids any partial or total reproduction made without consent of its author or the owner of its rights.
- Comments must not harass, mistreat or threaten anyone’s safety, constitute false evidence, contain blasphemy or any explicitly sexual, illegal content. In a general manner, British legislation must be respected. Here’s a non-exhaustive list of what will not be tolerated:
- Exploiting, soliciting or endangering minors.
- Publishing vulgar, obscene or pornographic content or sexually explicitly comments.
- Bothering other participants in any sort of manner.
- Promoting violence against any group, individual or animal.
- Harassing, threatening or insulting other members, or having an otherwise violent attitude toward them.
- Publishing racist, violent or any sort of reprehensible content.
- Publishing illegal content.
- Publishing commercial content and advertising.
- Publishing links towards website inducing virus downloading or content which would inhibit the functioning of Private Outlet in any manner.
- Publishing sponsoring-related content or using this service in a fraudulent manner.
- Exchanging passwords, programs or decrypting keys.
- Identity theft or creating false identities.
- Putting another person’s privacy at risk by publishing personal information.
- Engaging in a personal chat or private correspondence.
- Posting comments in a foreign or incomprehensible language.
- Repeatedly posting the same question or answer.
In order for exchanges to take place in an acceptable fashion, le Private Outlet blog moderator will supervise the publication of every comment (publishing will not be immediate). Comments may not be published if they do not abide by the rules above. Disrespecting these rules can also lead to a warning or permanent banishing from the blog.
Last of all, by publishing content on the Private Outlet blog, you authorize the Private Outlet Company to freely reproduce, distribute and share your message with the general public for the duration of the exploitation rights established by current legislation. In other words, you must be ware that everything you publish on this forum is public and may therefore be found in an online research engine.
Private Outlet retains the right to modify this charter at any given point in time.
